If your child is turning 21 years old in the next month, you must fax over a copy of his college records proving that he or she is a full time student. This is above and beyond the student proof of college request that you probably have been asked for already this year. If you fail to send in this proof that your child is a full time student before your child birthday, your child will be dropped from your term pass on his or her birthday.
To send in proof of full time student in order to keep your child on your term pass, fax the college schedule showing the credit hours along with a letter stating who you are, your payroll number and your child's name and state that the reason you are faxing this info is because your child will be turning 21 within the month to:
